The Black Friday promotion will be in effect from 00:01 on Friday, November 21st, until 23:59 on Sunday, November 30th, 2025, on the website (24 hours) and at Goblintrader stores (Individual opening hours).

• During the promotion, the vast majority of our products will have their usual discount increased. This does not mean that all products on the website will have a discount, or that there will be no products that remain without a discount. The prices displayed on the products are the valid ones for promotion purposes, and they already include the Black Friday promotion discount, if applicable.

• The promotion only includes items in the catalog that are in stock or available for pre-order if they are in our catalog.

• The following are not included: painting services, sponsorships, tournament and course registrations, food items, products categorized as Games Workshop Direct Sale (V.D.), or Warlord products. Products released during the month of November or on Games Workshop pre-order may not be included in the mentioned promotions. Furthermore, Goblintrader reserves the right not to include any other item not mentioned in the Black Friday promotion. Games Workshop Citadel brand paint sprays are not included in the promotion.

• Pre-order items may be included in the promotion if stated on our online store, but the delivery date depends directly on the manufacturer, and the order will not be shipped until the pre-order item has arrived. Partial shipments will not be made.

• In-store pickups can be collected at any time once you have been notified by email that the order is ready for collection.

• No telephone reservations will be accepted during Black Friday.

• Any item that cannot be supplied due to being out of stock and unable to be restocked, or due to an inventory error, or due to loss, damage, or theft, will be communicated within fifteen days from the order confirmation date. The amount of the item will be refunded using the same payment method used, and this amount will be counted towards the calculation of shipping costs.

• Products marked with the text "Bajo Pedido" (On Request) imply that there is no stock of these items and they must be ordered from the manufacturer. They may be out of stock, awaiting replenishment, or available within the period dictated by the manufacturer, which will be communicated to the customer once we receive a response, without a set timeframe.

Due to the volume of orders placed during Black Friday, order preparation and shipping, as well as in-store pickups, may be delayed by up to three weeks, superseding the usual delivery times. Any item that may cause a delay longer than these three weeks will be communicated within fifteen days from the order confirmation date. The customer may decide whether to waive that item to speed up the order delivery or wait for the item's arrival. Partial shipments will not be made.

In addition to the internal issues we may experience due to the volume of orders, as is common at this time of year, transport companies will be saturated with shipments. This may affect both the delivery times of orders to the customer and the arrival of merchandise at our stores and warehouse.
