Los caballeros montados de la Casa Tully están fuertemente armados y cuentan con pesadas armaduras y con toda la velocidad de la caballería para ejecutar las devastadoras cargas por las que son famosos y con las que logran romper incluso las líneas enemigas más resistentes. La simple amenaza de una carga inminente obliga a los comandantes enemigos a responder, lo que permite al comandante de los caballeros montados ejercer presión sobre una línea enemiga sin tan siquiera entablar combate directo. Aunque su propósito principal no es mantener un combate cuerpo a cuerpo prolongado, los caballeros montados son perfectamente capaces de salir de la refriega y reagruparse para preparar otra carga. Es necesario tener cuidado de no dejarles sin apoyos tras las líneas enemigas, pues podrían verse rodeados y derribados; un comandante astuto tendrá tropas listas para aprovechar el caos que dejan a su paso los caballeros montados.
