El viejo mapa era auténtico: realmente hay una caverna oculta al norte de Uxmal, cerca del golfo de México. Se dice que esta caverna alberga el ídolo de oro de Cabrakán. Tras aterrizar en Cancún, decidís viajar hasta la caverna en un avión pilotado por un borracho local. Por desgracia, una lluvia torrencial acompañada de fuertes vientos sobrepasa la pericia del piloto, y el avión se estrella en plena jungla. Tras caminar varias millas, al borde del agotamiento y sin equipo, llegáis a la boca de la legendaria caverna.
